years Weddings With WoW tablescape design! Thank you again to
all who participated in this years event; Eventfull Planning,
Todd by Thomas, State Museum, JW Marriott, Crowne Plaza at Historic
Union Station & Detail + Design. This year we did a twist
on the old and asked that each of the tablescape designers design
a table around a 'secret' client. They would be judged and the
winning table would receive a free luncheon. The 'secret' client
and judge for the event was none other than our keynote speaker,
Frank J. Andonoplas. He was quoted as saying 'It was in the details'
that helped make his decision.
Over 80 industry professionals attended this years event
and enjoyed Frank's speech about how he got started in the

Growing up in a small town, Tonya J. Shadoan knew there was more
in her direct future when she moved to Indianapolis in ‘91.
Obtaining a masters degree in education and theatre was just the
first chapter in her life as she conducted Broadway productions
for a local high school. Later as her passion grew stronger, she
took the leap to open her business Circle City Planners. Today
Tonya has found her true calling in life by teaching wedding professionals
locally and internationally how to grow their business foundation.
Almost 9 years in the wedding business gave Tonya the hands
on training she needed to launch several divisions of her thriving
company in 2009. It became natural for her to take her signature
and create a coaching program for professionals across the nation.
Shadoan is found as the “wedding expert” on
a local and international level in her field. She just recently
was asked to speak at the national conference for the Association
of Bridal Consultants. She is an Accredited Bridal Consultant,
a distinguished member of the Association of Bridal Consultants
(ABC) and a board member of International Special Event Society
(ISES) where her company won a NATIONAL EPRIT AWARD for BEST
TEAM EFFORT 09 and BEST CREATIVE LOGISTICS 08. Her company has
been voted 3 years in a row “Best Wedding Planner” in
Indianapolis by the community and can be seen in the media locally
Tonya is dedicated to the wedding industry and education, but
more importantly she is dedicated to the community and her passion
of the wedding industry.
