Director, Retreats & Client
Services, Bradford Woods
Duties:
Plans, develops, and designs retreats and special events at Bradford
Woods. Formulates, determines, and implements unit program guidelines,
criteria, and management policies, procedures, and practices. Oversees
and provides vision, leadership, and direction for the development,
growth, and sustainability of the Retreats and Client Services
program. Responsible for maintaining fiscal accountability and
sustainability of the center, including budget construction, development,
oversight, and projection of revenues, as well as maintaining reporting
systems and data analysis. Responsible for staffing levels including
recruiting, hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff for the program.
Identifies and develops relationships with retreat clients, customers,
vendors, partners, and coalitions; develops and implements sales
and marketing goals and objectives to increase new client base
and potential partnerships while continuing to cultivate current
customers and partners; develops a marketing strategy for growth
and development in collaboration with the Assistant Director of
Marketing; and develops positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Develops and directs the maintenance and organization of customer
records, information, and program data; develops materials and
other resources to effectively conduct services for youth and adults;
participates in the coordination of the accreditation processes;
designs, develops, and implements a risk management plan; and develops,
implements, and markets retreats, workshops, and training programs.
Researches, writes, and submits grants; develops annual reports
and program evaluation documents; maintains oversight of the development
and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and elements; develops
and implements facility and property improvement plan; and designs,
develops, and maintains information for website in collaboration
with the Web Developer.
Education & Experience:
Requires degree in one of the following: Tourism, Recreation, Business,
Marketing, Hospitality, Public Relations, Communications OR related
fields.
Required: Two (2) years
experience in Customer Sales & Services
Preferred: Management and/or supervisory experience
Preferred: One (1) year experience in Tourism, Recreation, Outdoor/Environmental
Education, Camping OR Leadership Development
