The position available is a Catering Sales Manager. It is a very
important position because the job primarily focuses on building
relationships with future brides looking to plan their wedding
receptions here in Indy. Our hotel is an extremely popular venue for
weddings, however, we need to continue to sell aggressively in this
economy to ensure our future success. With that said...we are looking
for a person who is passionate about wanting to work in the world of
weddings and who will ensure the dream of a bride's wedding day comes
true.

This is a salaried position which has a sales goal component and an
event management component. As well, there is a monthly incentive
program in addition to the base salary. The position typically requires
a Tuesday - Saturday work schedule with evenings on Friday and Saturday
to orchestrate the wedding events.

Hotel experience is preferred.
